Opening Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Department: Finance Reports to: Managing Director / CEO Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Education:


• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA mandatory; MBA in Finance preferred.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.

Experience:


• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance, including 5 years in a senior leadership or CFO role.


• Proven expertise in renewable energy or manufacturing industries.


• Demonstrated track record in fundraising, project finance, and IPO readiness.


• Strong background in cost accounting, financial modeling, and capital management.

Skills & Competencies:


• Deep understanding of manufacturing finance, CAPEX/OPEX control, and cost per watt optimization.


• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and investor communication skills.


• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and data analytics (Power BI, Tableau).


• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
