About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – CPQ & Billing to take full ownership of our Configure–Price–Quote (CPQ) lifecycle and Billing platform. This role is central to shaping how customers engage with our products commercially, from quote creation through to accurate, compliant billing. You will define the roadmap, drive execution, and partner across engineering, finance, sales, and operations to deliver best-in-class monetization experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end CPQ lifecycle, including configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, and quote-to-order flow.

  • Drive the evolution of our Billing platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across global markets.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline workflows and optimize revenue processes.

  • Build integrations and workflows with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP/Finance systems.

  • Identify and prioritize customer and business needs to drive 0→1 product launches as well as iteration of existing systems.

  • Develop a strong roadmap aligned to company strategy, balancing technical feasibility, customer experience, and business goals.

  • Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable architecture and systems that support complex B2B use cases.

  • Define success metrics and continuously monitor adoption, accuracy, and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:
  • 5–8 years of Product Management experience, with a focus on CPQ, Billing, or adjacent revenue systems.

  • Hands-on exposure to CPQ software (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, Conga, Zuora, or similar) and CRM tools.

  • Strong understanding of billing, finance, and accounting concepts (e.g., invoicing, revenue recognition, payment cycles).

  • Proven track record of shipping 0→1 B2B SaaS products.

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills — able to partner with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Operations at senior levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in working with data and financial workflows.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in Fintech / SaaS monetization platforms.

  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and payment platforms.

  • Background in B2B subscription or usage-based business models.
