You will also be responsible for:Understand business and ensure there is integration between business and technology. Work closely with the operations and technical teams and be a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable. Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation. Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future standards. Act as data custodian & controller. Conduct trend analysis and align with the account management team. Manage technology tools including Helpdesk Trending and Analytics. Deliver output files for reports and dashboards. Sign off on data roadworthiness. Facilitate reporting on compliances. Seek and collate data for analytics. Generate MIS and reports as management requires. Predictive reporting. Work with finance on budget targets. Conduct cross-verification of data as per agreed TOR from time to time. Generate daily reports, weekly reports, MMR, QBR, ABR, etc., and own the reports. Be the custodian of all site team statutory compliances, their documentation, and records. Be responsible for all audits related to compliance and upload the OGS Compliance tool with all requisite documents. Track statutory compliance for expiration and renewals. Ensure all documentation recording is maintained in shared folders related to compliance. You will be paying attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be using logic to troubleshoot problems and assign and monitor maintenance projects. You should have a good knowledge of the working procedures.Qualifications You will have a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or any equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry.
