Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Technicians to join our Projects & Operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of stretch ceiling systems and integrated lighting solutions. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to Enzo's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble stretch ceiling systems, lighting fixtures, and related structures as per project specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and electrical plans.
  • Assist the project supervisor in site preparation, material handling, and system testing.
  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments when required.
  • Ensure high-quality finishing and alignment of all ceiling and lighting installations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in safe and functional condition.
  • Coordinate with the design, sales, and operations teams to meet project timelines.
  • Follow all safety standards and company Sops during installation and handling.
  • Provide client-side support during project handover or demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in installation or maintenance .
  • Skills:
  • Hands-on expertise with electrical tools and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
  • Teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of stretch ceiling or lighting materials .
