Keyrus is looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Lead to head a strategic modernisation project for a global client. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise software initiatives in an Agile environment.

  • Target start date: September 2025
  • Hybrid model - 3 days at Pune Office, India
  • Salary range: 35,00,000 to 42,00,000 INR

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Java Microservices developers in delivering complex enterprise solutions
  • Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions and architectures
  • Oversee the development of scalable and secure back-end systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
  • Mentor, coach, and guide senior engineers to improve technical skills and delivery efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering) to align project deliverables
  • Own project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery quality
  • Manage stakeholder communication and technical decision-making
  • Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and performance optimisations

What we're looking for in our applicants:

  • 15+ years of professional software development experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Expert in:
  • Core Java (Java 8+), J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
  • REST APIs, JSON, Microservices architecture
  • Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Services, Spring Security, etc.)
  • ETL frameworks like Apache AirFlow, Spring Batch, Apache Camel
  • Strong experience with SQL (MS-SQL, PostgreSQL), Snowflake, and NoSQL databases (preferably Cosmos DB)
  • Proven experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS)
  • Enterprise messaging systems (Kafka)
  • CI/CD setup and troubleshooting (preferably Azure DevOps)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to change
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside normal hours

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of UI technologies (React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
  • Financial/Banking domain experience
  • Experience with Maven, Gradle, Git
  • DB performance tuning and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
  • Knowledge of Control-M, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow
  • Strong Unix commands and scripting skills
