Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with basic administrative tasks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office premises including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Support staff with minor errands such as banking, purchasing office supplies, etc.
  • Monitor and replenish pantry supplies.
  • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and report issues.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and organizing materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin or HR department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
