Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with basic administrative tasks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Support staff with minor errands such as banking, purchasing office supplies, etc.
- Monitor and replenish pantry supplies.
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and report issues.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and organizing materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin or HR department.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Basic understanding of office procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
