Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct basic literature reviews on career counselling, assessments, and related topics.
  • Summarize research findings and maintain clear project documentation.
  • Assist in creating simple frameworks or models based on research inputs.
  • Support the development of psychometric test items and test structure.
  • Help with pilot testing, data collection, and basic analysis for test standardization.
  • Prepare drafts, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate with the project team and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • MA/MSc in Psychology; specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral science concepts and basic research methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data organization and analysis.
  • Familiarity with behavioral statistics and psychometric concepts.
  • Working knowledge of R for data handling and analysis (preferred).
  • Exposure to Item Response Theory (IRT) or willingness to learn.
