Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Noida. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and vendors, managing stock levels, forecasting trends, and planning product ranges. The role also includes the responsibility for analyzing sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends to maintain product availability. Regular communication with the sales and marketing team to execute plans and deliver products that meet market demands is also part of the daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Retail management
- Marketing knowledge to understand market trends and customer needs
- Ability to analyze sales figures and forecast trends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the textiles or fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
