Due Diligence Analyst / Trade Compliance SpecialistOverview
Our Due Diligence capability consists of professionals who support diverse global businesses by advising on key international trade risks, including sanctions compliance and third-party due diligence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive reviews of external party files to ensure completeness and alignment with business requirements. Perform restricted party screenings using SAP GTS and maintain proper audit trails for leadership review. Screen transaction-related parties and addresses against applicable sanctions and denied-party lists. Identify and escalate potential matches for further investigation and resolution. Collaborate with business teams to collect and assess additional information on flagged cases. Support acquired entities and non-SAP systems to align their data streams with global sanctions screening processes. Verify documentation receipt and signatures to maintain compliance with company policies. Maintain a centralized repository for due diligence documentation to ensure audit readiness. Regularly update internal procedures and compliance documentation related to sanctions and screening activities.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in trade compliance, due diligence, or related functions within a multinational organization. Hands-on experience conducting KYC screenings and identifying potential red flags. Working knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and international compliance frameworks. Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions. Experience using SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with third-party screening tools or databases. Exposure to Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes. Understanding of regulatory bodies such as OFAC, BIS, or similar authorities. Proficiency in automation or data visualization tools like Power BI, Alteryx, or UiPath.
