Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled and experienced 
Senior ReactJS Developer
 to join our product engineering team in Bangalore. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the front-end of our AI-powered ERP platform, ensuring it is fast, responsive, and intuitive.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable front-end components using 
    ReactJS
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, high-performance code
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
  • Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and unit testing
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices

 
Requirements

  • 4–7 years
     of hands-on experience in front-end development with a focus on 
    ReactJS
  • Strong proficiency in 
    JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
    , and responsive design
  • Experience with 
    state management libraries
     like Redux, Zustand, or Context API
  • Familiarity with 
    TypeScript
    , 

    , or 
    Tailwind CSS
     is a plus
  • Experience working with 
    RESTful APIs
     and integrating frontend with backend services
  • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

 
Bonus Skills

  • Prior experience working on 
    ERP
    , 
    SaaS
    , or other enterprise-grade applications
  • Exposure to data-driven dashboards or complex component libraries
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
