About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing scalable, high-performing, and user-centric web applications using ReactJS. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive user interfaces that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• This role requires hands-on development experience, a strong understanding of modern front-end practices, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers, product managers, designers, and QA engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced, responsive, and dynamic web applications using ReactJS.
• Build reusable and modular components while ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and design mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect, functional code.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and adherence to coding best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with strong focus on reusability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features that align with business requirements.
• Implement front-end state management using tools like Redux, Context API, or equivalent.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for ReactJS applications.
• Stay up to date with evolving web development practices, frameworks, and trends to continuously improve front-end architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute actively to sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a ReactJS Developer in a fast-paced development environment.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Solid understanding of state management frameworks such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and pipelines (Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn, etc.).
• Experience working with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript in ReactJS projects.
• Knowledge of for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Unit Testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Experience in performance profiling and optimization of React applications.
• Awareness of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Basic understanding of for backend development.
