A Payroll and Billing Executive manages both the payroll and billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees and processing of invoices, while also maintaining financial records and resolving discrepancies

Job Description

Billing and Payroll

A) Payroll

1) Attendance verification To ensure attendance input done by the executive is correct

2) Verifying payroll as per TAT and approval

3) Resolving queries related to payroll

4) Registration fees and Fines

B) Compliances

1) Verification of PF, ESIC, and PT data

2) Record keeping

C) Billing

1) On-time generation of bills and their delivery to clients

2) Ensure error free accurate billing

3) Handling client queries.

D) Client Registration

1) Carrying out client registration

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Self-Driven, adaptable to environmental changes
  • Good Knowledge of MS – Office & MS – Excel.
