We are looking for a skilled FIS Quantum/Echos Production Support Service Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience. The position is based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide production support services for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cash Xplorer configuration.
  • Ensure SOX compliances and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in FIS support tools, including the FIS ticketing system.
  • Experience with FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring.
  • Familiarity with Cash Xplorer configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Notice period: 0-30 days.
