Position Summary:

Quantum AI Labs is seeking a Product Management Lead for a full-time, individual contributor role with 5–8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have built platforms and products for B2B domains, and will excel in bridging user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities. This role requires a hands-on product leader who is comfortable designing prototypes, refining usability, and leveraging modern Generative AI tools to create cutting-edge product experiences. The Product Management Lead will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and deliver Generative/Agentic AI products and other digital solutions that enhance business outcomes for Quantum Capital Group and its portfolio companies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead product discovery, definition, and delivery for AI/ML and other digital initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, features, and user stories.
  • Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to validate ideas and improve usability.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and product development workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product execution.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to refine features.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on insights.
  • Stay up to date with product management best practices, emerging AI capabilities, and energy sector needs.

Experience and Abilities:

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, ideally within technology-driven industries.
  • Proven ability to design and ship successful products with measurable business impact.
  • Hands-on proficiency with prototyping and design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar).
  • Strong expertise with Generative AI and Agentic tools and frameworks, applied to product design and development.
  • Understanding usability principles, user research, and human-centered design.
  • Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
