Duties and Responsibilities:-

Site Assessments and Feasibility Studies:

  • Conduct site assessments to determine the suitability of locations for solar power installations.
  • Perform technical feasibility studies, including analyzing sunlight availability, shading, and structural suitability.

System Design and Engineering:

  • Work with design teams to review and approve solar system designs.
  • Ensure designs are compliant with relevant regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., electrical, structural, environmental).
  • Optimize design layouts for maximum energy efficiency and performance.

Installation and Supervision:

  • Supervise on-site installation activities, including civil, structural, and electrical work.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards during installation.
  • Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site to ensure the safety of all personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to mitigate hazards during installation and operation.

Quality Assurance and Control:

  • Perform regular inspections and tests on installed solar equipment to ensure quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics of the system, and troubleshoot technical issues during the installation and commissioning phases.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including test results, inspection reports, and compliance certifications.

Technical Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide post-installation support for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure the system operates at optimum performance levels.
  • Oversee system upgrades, repairs, and replacements as necessary.

Education – Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering

Experience – Min 1 Year above

Salary -

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
