Essential Skills:

Advanced-stage career tester with strong team leading capabilities10+ years industry, 5+ years in Test Management, preferably in Ecommerce/RetailISEB/ISTQB Advanced – Advanced Tester or Test ManagerConfidence in managing teams of testers across 3 global locationsRecent and relevant, hands-on, desktop browser, mobile browser and API (REST/SOAP) automation experience – 5+ years - preferably Ruby, Javascript, Typescript, Python, JavaRecent and relevant, hands-on, performance testing - JMeter, NeoLoad, Gatling or equivalentAppium, Perfecto, Sauce Labs, Browserstack – Mobile and X Browser automationOWASP ZAP and Kali Linux for Security TestingExperience with JIRA or similar requirements and test management tools for manual testing, planning, and reportingFamiliar with Oracle Commerce and Retail Products and DeliveriesExperienced BDD practitioner, an agile expert Excellent requirements analysis and static testing skillsStrong character and communication skills – work with Leadership Team, Devs, Architects, BAs, and PMsSME for testing – a single point of contact for group level test policy, test strategy and project based test plans, and general best contextual practiceAbility to analyse and apply a pragmatic and context driven approach to any testingAble to identify risks and suggest or implement appropriate mitigation Strong Exploratory Testing & Risk Based TestingStrong Reporting and Presentation Skills – to lead team, peers and project/test management, clientsDefect ManagementProponent of Agile Continuous Integration principlesStrong, Recent and relevant, hands-on with GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins, or industry equivalent CI/CD pipelinesMaintains a personal development planActive participant in industry webinars, meet-ups, LinkedIn groups, etc.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field10+ years of related experiencePrevious consulting experience preferred
