Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer with
1 - 2 years
of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, drafting, and reviewing electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and review detailed electrical designs, schematics, single-line diagrams, and layout drawings.

· Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), load calculations, cable sizing, and protection coordination.

· Work on the selection of electrical equipment like transformers, switchgear, MCCs, panels, and protection systems.

· Support in PLC panel design, automation system integration, and interface wiring.

· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for technical clarifications.

· Use AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools to prepare wiring diagrams and GA drawings.

· Ensure designs meet IEC/IS standards, safety norms, and project requirements.

· Participate in testing, commissioning support, and field issue resolutions when needed.

Skills & Competencies:

· Proficient in AutoCAD/EPLAN or similar design tools.

· Sound knowledge of electrical components and systems.

· Understanding of industrial automation, control panels, and electrical safety standards.

· Familiarity with design calculations and electrical load distribution.

· Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

·       Hands-on experience in design and implementation for Power Plants, Sugar Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Cement Plants, and Steel Plants.

  • Exposure to electrical drawings for HT/LT systems, VFDs, PLC panels, and SCADA interfaces.
