Roles & Responsibilities:

Teaching and mentoring students, conducting research, providing patient care, and participating in departmental administration. Key responsibilities are developing and implementing curriculum, supervising clinical activities, leading research initiatives, and contributing to the academic and administrative functions of the department. Teaching and Mentoring

  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Develop and implement curriculum for OBG education.
  • Supervise students during clinical rotations, ensuring they learn best practices and critical thinking skills.
  • Evaluate student performance in both classroom and clinical settings.

Patient Care and Clinical Practice

  • Provide expert clinical guidance and patient care in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Supervise and perform surgical procedures and manage high-risk obstetric cases.
  • Ensure adherence to professional standards and institutional quality standards.

Research and Scholarship

  • Conduct research related to obstetrics, gynecology, and maternal health.
  • Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
  • Participate in the development of research proposals and grant applications.

Administration and Professional Development

  • Engage in departmental administration and planning.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, academic audits, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements, technologies, and evidence-based practices in the field.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings and other academic activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per month
