Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Events Manager at Seniors Today located on-site in Mumbai. The Events Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating events for the Seniors Today initiative. Day-to-day tasks include planning events, coordinating logistics, collaborating with vendors and ensuring successful event execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Event Strategy & Planning:

a. Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with business objectives.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

a. Build and nurture relationships with clients, artists, collectors, and industry partners to enhance the network.

b. Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and maximize attendance.

• Brand Partnerships:

a. Identify, cultivate, and negotiate strategic brand partnerships that align with brand and business goals.

b. Collaborate with external partners to create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns and activations.

c. Ensure that brand partnerships contribute to the overall success and image of Seniors Today

• Budget Management:

a. Develop and manage event and partnership budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial success.

b. Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and brand partners to optimize resources.

• Logistics & Operations:

a. Oversee all logistical aspects of events, from venue selection and setup to catering and technical requirements.

b. Ensure that events are executed flawlessly, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.

• Post Event Evaluation:

a. Conduct post-event analysis to assess the success of each event and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

b. Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of brand partnerships, providing insights for future collaborations.

Qualifications required

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A master's degree is a plus.

Experience required

• Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the art and luxury sectors.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating and managing brand partnerships.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
