Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Inside Sales in the Medical Device industry, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, and effectively communicating product information. The role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with medical devices and the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
