We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to grow and nurture our digital communities across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. You'll own the content calendar end-to-end—from idea to publish to performance—crafting educational, empathetic, and high-engagement content around child development, neurodevelopmental disorders, parental guidance, and our healthtech offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Content Strategy & Calendar
  • Build a monthly channel-wise content plan aligned to campaign goals, product launches, and key observances (e.g., Poshan Maah, Autism Acceptance Month).
  • Maintain a rolling 6–8 week calendar with pillars: Education, Tips/How-tos, Success Stories, Product Updates, UGC/Community, Thought Leadership.
  • Creation & Production
  • Script, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels/Shorts) and long-form explainer content.
  • Design scroll-stopping carousels, infographics, and illustrations in Canva/Adobe.
  • Write clear, empathetic copy (hooks, captions, CTAs, hashtags) tuned to each platform.
  • Repurpose webinars, blogs, podcasts into snackable formats.
  • Publishing & Community
  • Post natively (or via scheduler), optimize timing, and manage comments/DMs with care.
  • Set and enforce community guidelines; escalate sensitive queries appropriately.
  • Collaborate with clinicians/therapists to ensure accuracy and sensitivity.
  • Influencers & Partnerships
  • Identify creators, pediatric/psychology professionals, and parent communities; manage outreach, briefs, and deliverables.
  • Performance & Optimization
  • Track weekly metrics, run A/B tests on hooks/creatives, and iterate for growth.
  • Deliver monthly insights with recommendations tied to business outcomes (traffic, leads, sign-ups).
  • Brand & Compliance
  • Uphold brand voice and visual consistency.
  • Ensure all educational/health content follows ethical guidelines; avoid clinical claims without validation.

Tools You Know

  • Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere/Rush)
  • CapCut/Final Cut/DaVinci Resolve
  • Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, Buffer/Later/Hootsuite
  • Google Analytics/Tag Manager basics; Notion/Asana/Trello for workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare/edtech/parenting/mental health domains
  • Basic SEO and blog writing
  • Newsletter platforms (Beehiiv/Mailchimp)
  • Live streaming and webinar production

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12, ₹46,938.07 per month
