Job Summary

We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, has a knack for storytelling, and isn't shy of being in front of the camera. This role goes beyond just managing platforms, it's about ideating, shooting, editing, and creating content that grabs attention, builds engagement, and rides on the latest trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Execution

  • Ideate, script, and create high-quality short videos, reels, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
  • Bring a strong on-camera presence to engage audiences directly.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce content with a compelling storytelling approach.
  • Write catchy captions and social media copy that align with the brand voice.

2. Trendspotting & Strategy

  • Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and viral formats.
  • Use trend insights to create highly shareable and creative content.
  • Analyze competitors and industry leaders to refine strategies.

3. Editing & Design

  • Edit videos professionally with transitions, effects, and engaging elements.
  • Optimize content for different platforms and formats.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

4. Social Media Management

  • Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent content rollout.
  • Engage with the community through comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Track performance analytics and improve content strategies based on data.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a content creator on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or similar platforms.
  • Strong on-camera personality and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software.
  • Creativity, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.
  • Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
  • Basic graphic design skills are an added advantage.
