Role Overview

We're looking for a
Content Creator
who will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing engaging content across our social media channels to grow brand presence and customer engagement. This is a dynamic role for someone who is both creative and analytical, comfortable with trend-driven content creation, and can adapt quickly to changing brand needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a
  face/host
  in Rasayanam's social media videos, reels, and brand campaigns.
• Deliver scripts, dialogues, and brand messages naturally and confidently.
• Present product explainers, lifestyle tips, and campaign narratives with energy and clarity.
• Adapt tone and style based on content type — educational, promotional, or entertainment-driven.

Content Creation & Ideation

• Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for short-form and long-form video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content ideas with brand goals.
• Write or adapt engaging scripts that connect with target audiences.
• Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and viral formats to incorporate into our content.

Production Support

• Assist in planning and executing shoots, including props, set design, and wardrobe.
• Work with videographers, editors, and designers to ensure high production quality.
• Review and provide feedback on edits before publishing.

Engagement & Branding

• Represent Rasayanam's personality and tone across content.
• Participate in influencer collaborations, interviews, and live sessions.
• Engage with audience feedback to refine and improve content style.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media/content creation for a consumer brand.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, hashtags, and performance metrics.
• Strong storytelling skills with attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work full-time from Sec-54 Orchid Centre INNOV8, Gurugram.

Good to Have

• Experience in wellness, nutraceutical, FMCG, or e-commerce brand marketing.
• Knowledge of paid ads content creation for Meta & Google.
• Familiarity with SEO-friendly content writing for captions and blogs.
• Comfort in front of the camera for reels and brand videos.
