Role Description

This is a full-time Trainee position at EqualizeRCM, located on-site in Mysore. The Trainee will be responsible for learning and supporting various aspects of Revenue Cycle Management, including tasks such as medical billing, coding, and account management. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with credentialing processes, handling claims, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with stakeholders. Hands-on training and guidance will be provided to develop expertise in the field of medical operations and financial services.

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of medical billing, coding, and healthcare revenue cycle processes
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various responsibilities as part of training
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and software
  • Educational background in healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred
