Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets, including outside sales efforts and business development initiatives
  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new market opportunities by analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining positive relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and technical support to align sales efforts with company objectives
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic recommendations for senior management

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology or technical sales environments
