About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day business operations. The role involves coordinating between teams, managing processes, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain workflow.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases.
  • Monitor process efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Assist management in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle client queries, escalations, and provide operational support.
  • Generate MIS reports and track performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
