Responsibilities Oversee and manage the overall operations of the company Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence Manage and optimize resource allocation across departments Analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to management Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to maximize operational performance Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team Monitor and evaluate operational performance and implement corrective actions when necessary Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills Operations management Process improvement Data analysis Cross-functional collaboration Leadership Problem-solving Communication Team management Regulatory compliance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
