1) Tally entries with narrations.

2) Daily report verification

3) Preparing salary sheet, casual leave sheet and bonus sheet.

4) Preparing cheque & vouchers.

5) Maintain Payment record & make payment details of monthly expenses.

6) Other work assigned by In-charge of office.

7) Compliance of internal governance policies and applicable legal compliance related to NGO.

8) Updating management on any new update on legal compliances.

9) Looking after all activities on GST compliances.

10)Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the NGO full legal rights

11) Deal with complex matters related to NGO and various other compliances.

12) Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.

13) Follow guidelines as per the society registration act and its compliance.

14) Taking confirmation from debtors/creditors.

15) Bank reconciliation.

16) Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews

17) Accounts payable

18) Accounts receivable

19) Profit-and-loss statements

20) Tax preparation

21) Expense reports

22) Cost reduction proposals

23) Payroll

24) Budgets

25) Internal audits for policy adherence

26) Internal audits for tax codes

27) Presenting budgets and reports to upper management
