Responsibilities -

  1. Work with Developers, Project Manager, Product Owner, Service teams and other

Stake Holders to ensure software solutions meet our user expectations.

  1. Attending all project meetings to understand the requirement and documenting it.

  2. Develop software test cases, based on specifications and requirements.

  3. Perform root cause analysis on defects found to identify and mitigate project risks.

  4. Conduct exploratory and usability testing to locate bugs before the software is

introduced into production.

  1. Execute comprehensive testing against the software, ensuring all features function

as designed and intended.

  1. Contribute to the continuous improvement of software testing methodologies and

develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), if necessary.

  1. Ensuring the process outlined by the company for the software department is being

adhered to, respected and followed strictly by you and the team.

  1. Maintaining Issue log

  2. Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.

  3. Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software

programs.

  1. Good communication and critical thinking skills.

  2. Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.

  3. Testing functional as well as design aspects.

  4. Basic Database knowledge

  5. Good to have
