Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role acts as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of services, and the identification of upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Retention

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring consistent engagement and service excellence.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular review meetings to understand client satisfaction levels and address issues proactively.

  • Develop and execute client retention strategies to maximize satisfaction and reduce churn.

Account Growth & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client needs.

  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quarterly performance reports.

Service Delivery Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, finance, product, and marketing) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Handle escalations efficiently and maintain transparency with clients regarding resolution status.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Analyze client account performance and provide insights to management on key trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and updates in CRM systems.

  • Contribute to strategic account planning and forecasting.
