Hiring Inside Sales Academic Counsellor | EdTech | Bangalore

Hello Professionals,

We are hiring for India's leading EdTech organization for Bangalore location.

Location : Bangalore (MG Road)

Eligibility Criteria -

  • Graduation is mandatory

  • Any Fresher or Experienced can apply

  • Languages required - English & Hindi

-(Should have fluency in both languages).

Key Requirements:

  • Age: 18 to 32 years.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory).
  • Strong convincing, interpersonal & sales skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students for programs and guide them to the right course.
  • Manage & nurture leads using CRM, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, providing accurate program details.
  • Achieve daily KPIs and contribute to monthly sales targets.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism & build strong learner relationships.

Salary & Benefits:

Fresher - 30K In Hand

Experienced - Upto 42K In Hand
