We are looking for our client in Bangalore-Nelmangala location.

Position- Inspection personnel-Mechanical

Location- Nelamangala -Bangalore

Role & responsibilities:

The inspection personal would perform the day to day, inspection activities where in the

inspection activities would cover the various stages of inspection from incoming inspection, in process inspection (Fabrication, Machining, Assembly), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Pre- dispatch Inspections with the updation of the inspection status.

  • Reports as per the DCP / Customer QAP in the prescribed formats of DCP need to be

prepared by the inspection personal as per the stage of inspection carried out.

  • Photographic evidence of each of the stage of inspection needs to be taken with uploading and maintaining the same with designated file names in designated folder in the DCP server.

  • Inspection personnel need to work with the team in accordance with the system and

processes of the DCP Quality Management system inline with the defined KPI's.

  • Communication of Inspection status as a when done need to be communicated the respective department either verbally or by email.

  • Compilation of the quality dossier.

  • Co-ordination with the DCP / third party inspector during Customer / Third party inspection could be required as an when the activity is assigned. Pre-requisites of depute Inspection Personnel.


• The deployed competent inspection personnel should have a qualification of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering along with NDT level II Certification with hands on inspection

experience of a minimum of 5 years.


• The experience must be predominantly in the fabrication of large components involving

Structural rolled sections and plate construction.

  • Working knowledge & ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings of fabricated

components, preferably structural components along with symbols of welding & geometric

tolerances is necessary.

  • Familiarity of the inspection personnel with inspection methods & techniques along with

knowledge of selection and usage of measuring instruments used in the area of Fabrication

and machining is a must.

  • Knowledge of Welding processes along with the weld defect and NDT techniques is desired.

  • Familiarity to interpretation of Standards and procedures for acceptance norms as specified in the drawings / quality requirements is desired.

  • Inspection personnel deputed should have a positive and professional attitude with good

interpersonal skills along good verbal and written communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
