Job Description

Manage a team of associates to help the team deliver on the following objectives:

  • Manage the production queues to ensure SLA adherence
  • Work across sub-processes to meet the deliverable requirements
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the department
  • Work with counterparts in the US team and other departments towards achieving client satisfaction
  • Identify and implement process improvements – operations and technology
  • Act as the subject matter expert and communication bridge between staff members and customers as needed
  • Monitor daily production reports to ensure team's performance to meet both Production and Quality targets
  • Administrative oversight of team attendance and scheduling
  • Coordinates with supervisors to establish goals and criteria to be used in performance evaluations for assigned staff
  • Additional duties, when indicated
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent managerial, organizational and leadership skills
