Execute full-funnel ads across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shein, and Temu
Oversee SEO, listing optimization, Ads Management
Manage A+ content design and storefront designing
Run weekly campaign audits and monthly performance reviews
Align with design and product upload teams for cohesive delivery
Maintain platform compliance and documentation through SOPs
Lead internal upskilling and performance reviews
Required Tool Proficiency SEO & Listing Tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, IntentwiseAd Platforms: Amazon Ads Console, Walmart Connect, eBay Ad Manager, Analytics Tools: Brand Analytics, SQP, POE, Creative Tools: Canva, Figma
KPI Target Industry Standard / BenchmarkTACoS, ROAS, CTR (Click-Through Rate),CVR (Conversion Rate),DataDive audits,Listing Health Score.
Regularly reviewed via internal trackerA+ & Storefront Engagement
Bi-weekly audits + cross-team reviewTeam Enablement
Preferred candidate profile:
4+ years managing end-to-end marketplace campaigns on Amazon and at least two other platforms
Deep knowledge of ad operations, SEO, Storefront, A+ Content, and backend PIS
Proven leadership in mentoring, KPI tracking, and SOP enforcement
Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindsetExcellent communicator across internal and external stakeholder groups
Consistently up to date with industry trends and platform updates
Process-driven, organized, and proactive with a bias for action
