**Job Description: Executive/Senior Executive - Pre-sales (Chat & E-mail) **

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking two experienced resources to join our Mybiz team in the B2B pre-sales department.

The ideal candidates will possess a solid background in chat and e-mail processes, demonstrating strong

analytical skills, communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. He will collaborate closely with our

sales, product, and technical teams to deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and solutions tailored

to the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in pre-sales activities through chat and e-mail channels, providing valuable information and

assistance to potential clients.

  1. Utilize knowledge of the travel industry to address client inquiries, offer product insights, and guide them

through the booking process.

  1. Analyse client requirements and propose suitable travel solutions, including customized packages and

special offerings.

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between pre-sales and

other departments.

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements to provide accurate and

timely information.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any stream.

  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience(Travel background) in pre-sales, with a focus on chat and e-mail

processes.

  1. Proficient in MS Office applications.

  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  3. Basic technical knowledge to navigate through relevant tools and platforms.

  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  5. Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
