Responsibilities- Evaluate companys day-to-day cash flow/liquidity needs with consideration of liquidity risk, inventory pool utilization, and payments need.
- Serve as a communication bridge between business units and Treasury to build a proper operation flow framework.
- Keep tracking records on financial data, create reconciliation reports with enhanced data accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform day to day settlements and cold wallet operations to ensure customer holdings meet regulation requirements.
- Prepare short-term cash forecasts, optimize Bank fees, interest rates, and cash management services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners to support treasury operations.
- Maintain timely and accurate transactional data in the Accounting and Treasury Management System.
- Bachelors degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science and/or other related majors.
- 3-5 years of related working experience in the financial service industry, preferably in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Liquidity Risk Management.
- Experience in the crypto industry is a must.
- Strong analytical skills, work commitment, energetic, innovative spirit, high pressure resistance, and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with a global team.
- Bilingual English/Korean is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
