Job Description:

Job Position: SEO Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
  • Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to enhance keyword rankings.
  • Test, collect, and analyze data, identify SEO trends, and gain insights about target customers' likes and dislikes to maximize ROI from an SEO campaign
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to integrate SEO strategies with customer relationship management efforts.
  • Improve website speed, user experience, and technical SEO.
  • Track, report and analyze web analytics data and the various search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns
  • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
  • Use social media to distribute content and encourage external sites to link back to the site of the organization
  • Optimize website copy and landing pages for SEM
  • Drive targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective community-building
  • Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users
  • Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Undertake research, expansion, and refinement of keyword
  • Research and understand the SEO efforts of competitors
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO through link building

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO with a solid understanding of current SEO trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
