Job description:

Responsible for managing and optimizing the reverse logistics process — handling return shipments from customers or vendors, coordinating with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective processing of returns, replacements, and claims. The role involves data tracking, analysis, escalation handling, and process improvement to minimize return losses and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reverse logistics– RTO (Courier returns) / DTO(Customer returns)
  • Return Management
  • Escalation & Claim Handling
  • Data &Reporting

KeyRequirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Uniware, and eCommerce shipping platforms.
  • Knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation techniques to facilitate financial analysis and reporting.
