Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the resort's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems.
  • Develop and implement effective IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring high system availability.
  • Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and existing systems.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of information technology principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with IT management tools and software, such as ticketing systems and incident management platforms.
