Job Description

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and business writing skills to handle voice customer effectively.
  • Manage inbound and outbound voice calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Possess basic computer proficiency, including a typing speed of 40 WPM and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Understand fundamental accounting principles to support financial transactions and queries.
  • Administer policies related to Direct Debit to ensure timely premium collections.
  • Prepare and manage various reports within agreed SLA timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
