What we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate Product Analyst with 5+ years of industry experience. You will be a part of a fast-growing product team that designs, develops and enhances product features. The ideal candidate should be well acquainted with Agile Product Management practices, which include being involved in the entire product lifecycle, starting from requirement gathering to the deployment of the product. He/She should possess excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Work closely with the Product Manager to create and maintain a product backlog.
  • Evaluate large-scale product data and forecast product performance.
  • Generate metrics to continually improve company products.
  • Contribute to scaling the product operations, data, and volume.
  • Analyzes product data, trends, and behaviors, and helps prioritize product features.
  • Generates reports and presentations on the results findings.
  • Assist the product function in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
  • Monitors product performance

Skills you need to succeed in this role

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or a similar field, an MBA, or an equivalent is recommended.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in Product/Data Analysis.
  • Hands-on with SQL and complex SQL query building and generating reports that need to be consumed by stakeholders across the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology in alliance with product development.
  • Should have a solid understanding of technology, with a proactive approach to learning, building, and using applications to solve business problems.
  • Should demonstrate familiarity with the software development life cycle, testing practices, and continuous delivery.
  • Understanding of APIs, SDKs, and Cloud Native applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and high aptitude to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
