Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support for production planning and quality management modules for a Pharmaceuticals Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP PP and QM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Lead SAP PP/QM module integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FICO.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide end-user training and user support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and data consistency.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
  • Develop and document functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and workflows.
  • SAP PP/QM integration experience with third party tools e.g.LIMS, Validator, Tableau etc.
  • Optimize shop floor control, material planning, and batch management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • SAP PP Expertise in demand management, MRP, Process order Management
  • SAP QM Experience in Inspection planning, batch management, Quality notifications, Stability Study
  • Strong business process understanding in manufacturing and quality management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, FICO and DMS modules.
  • Experience in ABAP debugging (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Min Graduate.
  • SAP PP/QM Certification (at least in one module)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.
