We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day operations at the head office.

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing our operations, ensuring seamless workflow across departments. This includes overseeing inventory, managing logistics, handling supply chain operations, and implementing procedures to increase operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations at the head office, ensuring smooth functioning across inventory, logistics, and supply chain activities.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages or overstock.

• Logistics & Shipping: Oversee all logistics operations, including shipping and delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to streamline operations, increase productivity, and reduce costs.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards before dispatch, implementing quality checks and addressing any issues.

• Team Management: Supervise and support operational staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

• Vendor & Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and negotiating favorable terms.

• Budget Management: Monitor operational budgets and work to reduce costs while maintaining efficiency and quality.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the sports or retail industry.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building cohesive teams.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement practical solutions for complex operational challenges.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Time Management: Effective organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
