Role Overview
Lead the sales strategy and execution for CCTV and video management system (VMS) solutions within the system integration domain. Drive business growth by targeting enterprise and institutional customers through consultative selling, solution alignment, and strategic relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies for CCTV and VMS offerings. Chart territory-wise sales plans aligned with revenue goals
- Client Relationship & Business Growth
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, cultivate long-term client relationships across corporate, institutional, and government segments, and drive expansions through solution-led value propositions.
- Solution Demonstrations & Proposal Development
- Plan and deliver compelling product presentations, on-site demos, and tailored proposals aligning with customer security objectives.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility. Provide management with regular performance updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with technical teams—pre-sales engineers, installation teams, and support groups—to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to client requirements.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor solutions, industry trends, and evolving customer needs in video surveillance and VMS to sharpen sales strategies.
- Team Leadership (if applicable)
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff, share best practices, and help elevate overall team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. - Experience:
Proven track record in sales leadership within the CCTV, security systems, or video surveillance industry—especially involving VMS or integrated security solutions. - Technical Strengths:
Strong grasp of VMS technologies, surveillance workflows, and system integration concepts. - Core Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, consultative selling style, analytical mindset, target-driven, and capable of closing high-value deals. - Tools Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and proposal-building software.
