Main Responsibilities

Design & Production

  • Design and produce 3D videos, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) deliverables, including medical training, educational, explainer, and mechanism of action videos.
  • Support on infographic animation, video editing, sound editing, and promotional visuals, ensuring compliance with provided guidelines and specifications.

People

  • Maintain strong collaboration with the Content Enhancement team, Scientific Writers, and global stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scientifically sound communication materials.

Performance

  • Deliver medical education materials (slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, etc.) within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Support digital and interactive content creation such as newsletters, reports, patient education materials, and video animations.

Process

  • Partner with designers and scientific writers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Manage and prioritize projects, communicate proactively on timelines or challenges, and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Create and manage 3D digital assets, storyboards, and visual effects for realistic and engaging outputs.
  • Continuously explore and adopt the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in 3D design and animation workflows.
  • Contribute to team meetings, share learnings, and maintain flexibility to meet evolving project needs.

About You

Experience

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in video creation and new media.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare and scientific content visualization preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Blender, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and AR/VR tools.
  • Familiarity with plug-ins/scripts for particle and fluid effects in After Effects and Blender.
  • Expertise in 3D motion graphics styles (low/high poly, isometric, triangulated, toon, abstract).
  • Strong skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and creating appealing final outputs.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and creating reusable templates.

Education

  • Graduate or postgraduate in graphic design, art, or visual communication, ideally with a focus on scientific visualization.

Languages

  • Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
