Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products.
  • Handle customer queries over the phone—provide accurate information, clarify doubts, and drive conversions.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM databases, and generate sales reports.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team targets.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance or value-added services (as applicable).
  • Adhere to standard call scripts, company policies, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum education: Graduate (any discipline) — freshers may be eligible.
  • Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English; ability to converse with customers comfortably.
  • Sales aptitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Previous telesales/voice experience preferred but not always required.
  • Good listening skills, persuasion ability, and resilience in call activities.

Working Conditions & Other Details

  • Work location: On‐site (office-based) with day-shift hours (e.g., 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or similar shift.
  • Salary: Competitive base salary plus incentives for meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Additional benefits: PF, ESI, incentive structure, possible increment with performance.
