Job Description

We are seeking an ISO Coordinator to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of ISO

standards within our organization. The ideal candidate will manage all ISO-related activities, including

documentation, audits, and training, ensuring the company adheres to ISO guidelines and achieves

continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication skills, a clear understanding of ISO

standards, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to drive ISO compliance and process

optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. ISO Documentation & Management:

2. Develop, update, and maintain all ISO-related documents, including procedures, forms, and other

quality management materials.

• Ensure the secure storage and accurate maintenance of ISO documents, ensuring easy

accessibility and compliance.

1. Internal audits and compliance:

2. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure the company complies with ISO standards (e.g., QMS,

ISMS, ISO

• Track audit findings and work with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions are taken

and improvements are made.

1. Training and awareness:

2. Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on ISO procedures and standards.

3. Ensure that employees are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining ISO compliance and the

companys quality standards.

1. External audit coordination:

2. Coordinate with certification bodies for external audits and assessments, ensuring all necessary

documentation and processes are in place.

• Assist in the selection or re-selection of certification bodies, as needed, and support any related

commercial activities directed by management.

1. ISO Process Improvement

2. Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts in line with ISO

standards.

• Identify opportunities for process optimizations and ensure that quality management practices

are adhered to across all departments.

1. Communication and stakeholder management

2. Act as the primary point of contact for all ISO-related queries within the organization.

3. Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, explaining ISO processes and

guidelines as necessary.

1. ISO compliance monitoring

2. Continuously monitor the organization's compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for

further improvement.

• Prepare and track performance metrics to ensure alignment with ISO standards and the

company's quality goals.

Total Experience:

Between 4-10 years of experience in ISO coordination or related roles, with hands-on experience in

managing ISO documentation, audits, and compliance activities.

Desired Skill:

• Thorough knowledge of ISO standards (QMS, ISMS, ISO 9001, ISO 19650, ISO and their

application within an organization.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain ISO rules to all

stakeholders.

• Experience in internal audits and preparing for external ISO audits.
• Ability to prepare and draft ISO documents for review and approval by the relevant authorities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and

compliance.

• Proactive in identifying areas of improvement in the ISO management system.
