Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Automation Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves leading sales automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, designing and implementing technology solutions, managing data assessments, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring seamless automation processes. The Sales Automation Manager will work closely with the sales and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize the workflows for better business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in sales process automation, CRM platforms, and sales technology tools
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Knowledge of project management principles and ability to oversee end-to-end implementation of automation projects
  • Familiarity with training and support for sales teams on utilizing automation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in automation workflows and recommend innovative solutions
  • Continuous Improvement Establish KPIs to monitor system performance and user adoption.
  • Leverage AI/ML to innovation and learnings from market into creating seamless customer experience
  • Champion agile methodologies, steering our Sales digital transformation projects with precision and adaptability, ensuring that we deliver value fast, and pivot even faster when needed.
  • Understand needs of customer market segment in order to be able to explore automation opportunities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related fields
  • Relevant certifications in automation tools or project management are a plus.
