Roles and responsibilities:

ServiceNow Architect:

  • 8 to 10 years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 4+ years as an Architect.
  • Expertise in providing end-to-end architecture, solution design, and roadmap planning for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog).
  • Strong experience in CSM (case management, portals, omni-channel integrations).
  • Hands-on knowledge of GRC (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).
  • Proven experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture using Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise connectors.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Now Assist (GenAI), Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and automation features.
  • Expertise in Architecting solutions using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
  • Expertise hands-on solutioning when needed (prototyping, technical POCs, troubleshooting).
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow security model (ACLs, encryption, RBAC).
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworks

Preferred certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM, CSM, GRC.
