Were Hiring | Backend Engineer for Product based company (Java + Spring Boot + Microservices)

Location: Bangalore WFO | Experience: 1-3 years and 3-5 years

Are you passionate about designing scalable backend systems and building high-performance microservices? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment?

We're looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and take charge of designing, developing, and optimizing critical services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB.

What Youll Work On:

  • Own and build microservices from the ground up
  • Design RESTful APIs & ensure seamless system integrations
  • Handle large-scale distributed systems with Kafka & Redis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Frontend)
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with JUnit/Mockito

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-3 years and 35+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot
  • Strong knowledge of system design, LLD, and design patterns
  • Real-time experience with Kafka, Redis, MongoDB
  • CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and testing best practices
  • Bonus: Exposure to Kubernetes, cloud (AWS/GCP), observability tools
